Soperai offers a 72-hour money-back window from the time of purchase. However, any AI usage or data consumed during that period is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. A service charge will also be deducted from all refund amounts. Please review the Refunds & Billing section below for full details.

Yes — Soperai provides a 72-hour money-back window from the exact time and date your payment is processed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a refund request within this period.

⚠️ Important: The 72-hour window is strictly enforced. Refund requests submitted after 72 hours from the time of payment will not be eligible, regardless of the reason. We strongly encourage you to test the platform as soon as you subscribe.

To request a refund, contact our support team at contact page with your order ID and registered email address. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

72-Hour Window No Late Exceptions

Yes. Any AI usage, API calls, or data consumed between the time of your purchase and the time your refund request is received are considered used services and are strictly non-refundable.

⚠️ Usage Deduction Policy: The cost of all AI generations, image renders, video outputs, voice generations, chatbot interactions, and any other data-consuming operations you performed will be calculated at our standard per-use rates and deducted from your refund amount before it is processed.

This applies to all tool categories including but not limited to:

  • Text generation — essays, blog posts, articles, product descriptions
  • Image generation & editing — logo creation, background removal, upscaling, face swap
  • Video generation — talking avatars, ad videos, motion control outputs
  • Voice & speech — text-to-speech, voice cloning, transcriptions
  • SEO tools — keyword research, site audits, schema generation
  • Chatbot usage — any interactions processed through AI chatbots you deployed

The final refund amount = Amount Paid − Usage Costs − Service Charge. In cases where usage and service charges exceed the paid amount, no refund will be issued.

All approved refunds are subject to a service charge deduction. This fee covers payment processing fees, platform administration costs, and the cost of provisioning your account during the active period.

💡 Service Charge: The applicable service charge will be clearly communicated to you when you submit your refund request. The final amount returned to you will be: Paid Amount − AI/Data Usage − Service Charge = Net Refund.

Service charges are non-negotiable and apply to all refund cases without exception, including technical difficulties that occurred on your end (device issues, internet connectivity, etc.).

Processing Fee Applies Deducted Automatically

Unfortunately, refund requests submitted after the 72-hour window from the time of payment are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced and applies equally to all users and all plan types.

We are unable to make exceptions for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
  • Not using the platform during the subscription period
  • Changing your mind after 72 hours
  • Technical issues experienced on third-party devices or networks
💡 Tip: To avoid unwanted charges, cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You can manage your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page.

Once your refund request is approved and all deductions (usage costs + service charge) have been calculated, the net refund will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds for crypto payments are issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction, not the current market value
  • Other payment methods: Processing time may vary; our team will confirm timelines in your refund confirmation email

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.

Yes. The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Add-on credit top-ups that have been fully or partially consumed
  • Custom enterprise plan fees and setup costs
  • Promotional or discounted purchases where the terms explicitly stated "no refunds"
  • Any plan where a chargeback dispute has been opened with your bank or payment provider
  • Accounts found to be in violation of Soperai's Terms of Service
⚠️ Chargeback Warning: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Soperai support will result in immediate permanent account suspension and may affect your ability to use Soperai services in the future.

Yes! Soperai offers genuinely free tools with no credit card required. Free-tier users can access a range of AI tools across text generation, image tools, SEO, and more — up to the free usage limits per tool category.

Free limits reset periodically depending on the tool. When you reach a free limit, you'll be invited to upgrade to a premium plan for unlimited or higher-volume access.

Soperai offers multiple plan tiers designed for different levels of usage:

  • Free Plan — Limited daily/monthly generations across core tools. No payment required.
  • Starter Plan — Increased limits, access to more AI models, and priority processing.
  • Pro Plan — High-volume limits, access to all 300+ models, advanced tools, and faster generation speeds.
  • Enterprise Plan — Custom quotas, dedicated support, API access, team collaboration features, and SLA guarantees.

Soperai offers both monthly and annual billing options. Annual plans typically offer a significant discount compared to paying month-by-month — often saving you 20–40% depending on the plan.

Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account settings to prevent future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

💡 Note: Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. If you cancel an annual plan and are within the 72-hour refund window with minimal usage, your net refund will be calculated after deducting pro-rated usage costs and the service charge.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your Account Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan features remain active until your next renewal date. Note that any credits or unused generations from a higher-tier plan do not roll over when downgrading.

All invoices, payment history, and billing receipts are accessible from your Account Settings → Billing section. You can download PDF invoices for any past payment directly from that page.

Invoices are also automatically emailed to your registered email address after every successful payment. If you haven't received an invoice email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Usage & Data Charges

Every AI operation on Soperai consumes platform credits or counts against your plan's usage quota. Usage is tracked in real time and tied to your account from the moment a generation is initiated — even if you don't save or download the output.

⚠️ Important: Usage is recorded the moment an AI request is submitted, not when you receive or save the result. Cancelled or failed generations where the AI model was called may still incur partial usage charges.

You can monitor your current usage at any time from your Account Dashboard → Usage panel, which shows a real-time breakdown by tool category and date.

When you reach your plan's usage limit, you have two options:

  • Upgrade your plan — Instantly unlock higher limits by moving to a higher tier
  • Purchase add-on credits — Buy additional generation credits without changing your base plan

If you are on a plan with overage billing enabled, additional usage beyond your quota will be charged automatically at the per-unit overage rate for your plan tier. Overage charges are added to your next billing cycle invoice.

💡 Tip: You can set usage alerts in your Account Settings to receive email notifications when you reach 80% or 100% of your monthly quota.

Unused plan quota does not roll over at the end of each billing cycle. Monthly allowances reset on your renewal date regardless of how much you used during the previous period.

However, purchased add-on credit packs do carry forward and remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Yes. Different AI models consume different amounts of platform credits per generation. More powerful, compute-intensive models (such as frontier models like GPT-5, Claude Opus, or high-resolution image generators) consume more credits per use than lighter models.

Each model's credit cost is displayed clearly in the model selection interface before you generate. You will always know the credit cost before initiating a request.

💡 Smart Usage: For high-volume tasks, consider using efficient models where quality requirements allow. Our platform clearly labels models as Standard, Premium, or Ultra to help you manage your usage budget.

Yes. Soperai takes data privacy seriously. Your usage data and generated outputs are private to your account and are never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Usage data is retained for billing, dispute resolution, and platform improvement purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Enterprise plan users may request enhanced data handling agreements including data deletion schedules.

Yes. All content generated on Soperai using your account is yours to use, publish, and monetize. You can download outputs in multiple formats including PDF, DOCX, PNG, MP4, and MP3 depending on the tool.

Please note that while Soperai grants you ownership of the outputs, you remain responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform terms where you publish it.

You Own the Output Commercial Use Allowed

For the best experience with video generation and high-resolution image tools, we recommend using a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.

Soperai maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA for all paid plan users. Our infrastructure is built on enterprise-grade cloud providers with redundant systems, automatic failover, and real-time monitoring.

Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via our status page and email. Emergency maintenance may occur with shorter notice in the event of critical security issues.

Yes. For most text generation tools, you can select your preferred AI model from the model dropdown before generating. This lets you experiment with different models to find the one that best suits your style, budget, and quality requirements.

Some specialist tools (e.g., specific image generators or voice cloning tools) use fixed models optimised for that particular task and do not offer model switching. This is clearly indicated in the tool interface.

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team via the Contact Us page. Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • All your generated content, saved files, and usage history will be deleted
  • Active subscriptions must be cancelled before requesting deletion to stop future charges
  • Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund — refund eligibility follows the standard 72-hour policy

Sharing a single account across multiple users violates Soperai's Terms of Service. Each user should have their own individual account.
